regine @janice57 I read where you collect sea glass for relaxation. I do too! I have a 30 year old collection of various colors except for colbalt blue and red. If you have these two colors would you consider selling some?

janice57 @regine hi there, let me check my huge stock lol. I've picked up red before but it's so hard to come by. I also collect these tiny tiny perfect shells on Asilomar Beach. They grow on the seaweed and when the water is rough they come off the seaweed and work there way to the sand that i sift thru. Most are smaller than an eraser tip on a pencil.

janice57 @regine well I have to agree, I'm so thankful every day for living in such a beautiful place. Hike, walk, beach or lunch in Carmel. There is always something going on and again I've been very luckily to have the ability to attend events like the US Open etc. Anyway ill take pics of shells and tag you...ok. Thanks again

What's unique is the fact that there's hiking in Point Lobos, Big Sur, Carmel etc or beautiful beaches. It's a bit to cold to actually lay out though as our typical weather is 63. So pack your bag and bring a sweater or ill lone you the one I just bought from you... Hee hee

janice57 @daochristine15 wow I can only imagine. Sorry to say but I could never take harsh winters in as much as seeing snow is beautiful. I moved here in 09 and can't imagine living anywhere else! A bit foggy this am but still gorgeous walking on the trail along the waters edge. For me it's a heathy lifestyle which I now could never trade for anything. Ok, I'll fess up, I do love getting away to a tropical area to snorkel because let's face it, the water here is too cold. Do u ever come back to visit?

Well I've had no drama so far however I've just encounter a bad experience. Two weeks ago today I purchased from @kimberlym76 who has not only NOT shipped my order when she said she would she's not even responding to any of my messages. Totally unprofessional and I find it rude. So why would you be on posh, post items and price them. You get a sale and then not ship? I understand if something comes up but two weeks? It's just not right!

janice57 @ilissapinkstuff lol, not sure where you live but if you ever get over to the Monterey Peninsula I'd be happy to be you're guide! Yes, it's beautiful here but it never gets over 70 on the coast. I can drive over to Carmel Valley (inland) when I need to warm up. There's wineries there and plenty of great eateries and or places to hike or just enjoy the scenery.

janice57 @pentstudio hi there, PG is know for fog because it sits at the tip. We haven't had fog for some time. In fact it's been an awesome year.... 72 to almost 78 which is hot. What's awesome about this peninsula is you can be in Carmel, the valley, seaside, pebble beach or just about anywhere in 10 minutes. If you want heat you go to the valley. The sun is always in Monterey. It's just plain gorgeous here. After my group run in Asilomar to Point Joe.... On the way back we'll be stopping at Spanish Bay watching the waves by a fireplace listening to bang pipes who come out and play at every sunset while we drink beer .... Yes, it's awesome lifestyle ....move here if you still have the opportunity

janice57 @ridinghood13 nice! Yes I fine that the aquarium is always simulation and memorizing no matter how many times you go or how old you are. The jellies are a personal fave with no lights, only natural while watching the slow moment as they contract and expand while moving. Just memorizing. Then of course there's the cute offers that will put a smile on anyone's face. I feel lucky everyday I wake up.

And they are expecting their first baby, my first grandchild, in February. It is such a beautiful area to live. Lovely!!! I just noticed your closet will be closing soon. We fell in love with Monterey and PG, also Big Sur, the area and the people, we were so sad to leave! (I still get disappointed every time I have clam chowder as it will never compare to Vivilo's!)
