Whimsical Cocktail Dress

Fun, flirty, & whimsical halter cocktail dress with built in cups. 27" waist. About 36" from bust to bottom (not including adjustable halter straps). The organza is delicate & does have some pulls in various areas. This makes the dress not perfect, but any pulls or runs in the material are covered up well by the busy pattern, distracting from it. I did purchase it like this. Only worn once. Great option for a midi length cocktail dress, which is tough to find!
