@amandapandaburr I will measure it from shoulder to be. As soon as I get home from work.

@amandapandaburr It measures 16 m inches from shoulder seam to waist and the skirt is 29 inches from waist to hem. It had a slightly rounded neck so from the lowest part of the neck to the waist is 12 inches. I hope that helps
