Whimsically draping long shirt/short dress

This shirt covers your butt in leggings, so leggings are totally acceptable pants (not that they ever weren't). One of my shorter friends wore it as a dress and it hit a few inches past her bum (I'm 5'9"). Its a rare piece from one of targets first team-up with high fashion designers, called the GO International series. The shape is totally unique and I love it so much, I've made a sewing pattern out of it to make other shirts/dresses.
