Whimsy Hat Large Pink Flowers Mid Century

Pretty in Pink whimsy hat from mid century. Mr John Caprice designed this hat--Mr John was well-admired mid century hat designer. The pair of large flowers are in shades of pink combined with 2 "buds." The leaves are green. The stiff stems crossover at the back. All are mounted on a pink felt "pate" which serves as anchor to the head (but will require pins to attach). An ombre pattern organdy bow is at the back. Whimsy can be worn tilted forward or more precisely on the top of the head. Size: 10" front to back including the bow; 7" side to side Condition: good vintage.
