Whimsy and Row Silk skirt! PLEASE READ!

Size small Whimsy and Row imitation silk skirt. This is a company from LA that are using more modern materials to save the planet. It is 51% tencel and 48%cupro but it looks and feels as silk! It really more beautiful in person. The waist is n between 12-13 inches and no stretch I just need one more inch! NOT MUCH STRETCH AROUND WAIST! It just feels like silk, it has nice movement too. No lining but it is a nice material that doesn’t show thru Length is 34-35 inches. I wanted to make clear that the waist does not have stretch but the hips have some stretch. No holes, or stains. No smoking home
