Blue Whistles Dress US 2 Short sleeves, zip up back, fit and flare dress. Length: dress rests at the top of my knee (I’m 5’4) Material is textured like a crepe/waffle type material. Dress has been worn but still in good condition. I actually love this dress but I have like 5 others the same so selling to someone who can get some use from it.
