Dressy, lightweight blouse with smocked neck and sleeves. Back is scrunched in a v-shape. Perfect for a night out! Size is a 1. It looks to be similar to a women's S. Top is in excellent condition. Material is "see through." Note that the original price is my best guess based on where I bought the top (an upscale women's boutique). I don't recall what I paid for it.
