White AE Blouse with Patterned Tie in Back

This cute white top from American Eagle looks basic until you look at the back. The pattern of the tie is maroon in color and very unique. Also had a bit of a scoop in the back. It is an XS but fits more like a Medium Worn many times but still has life left in it.
