Hi! What are the shoulder, chest and length measurements? Any snag, stain, hole or issues? Fabric content? Is it somewhat sheer? Thanks

Arm is approx 24 and chest approx 15 (just measured across the front). 80% wool and 20% polyester. Lining is 100% viscose
