White & Black Betsy & Adam Dress

This Betsy & Adam dress by Linda Bernell was worn to one meeting. The black flower along the empire waist is removable and can be pinned somewhere else as an option. The bottom of the dress folds inward. I’m 5’2” and it hits just above the knee when standing. 100% Polyester. The dress is heavier because of the material.
