White, Black & Blue Retro Shift Dress

High neck, sleeveless shift dress with black, white, and blue pattern. Diamond shaped cutout in the back with a hook & eye closure. Worn only a couple of times, very little wear. Size XS fits like a regular small. Dress is on the shorter side and may be too short if you are over 5'5".
