White & Black Dotted Swing Dress

Brand new, never worn (except to model for picture). Selling because a little too big for me. Bust 44.5 inches, waist 37.4 inches. Tag says 3XL, but fit like US XXL/1X. See size chart. Best worn with a petticoat, which is not included. The collar is a little weird. Maybe starching it down will help? Dress comes with white belt seen in pics 3-7, not the black one in pics 1 & 2. The first two pictures are not of the actual dress, but simply included as styling suggestions. Last picture is me modeling the actual dress with a cardigan, which I think is the best way to hide the frumpiness.
