jesslink2 @cjclau hey! So sorry for the delay in getting back to you!! 🙈🙈 I'd give it a 9.5! Worn twice only, no stains but one extremely small pull on the left pocket stitching, so small I didn't even notice it until you asked. 100% polyester lining outer is also 100% polyester. I'm not the best at measurements so I'm sorry but after looking up a few diagrams and measuring I got 15.5" shoulders, 19" chest, 17" waist. This is a true
