White Blouse with Butterflies

NWOT This is the cute top, in excellent condition. I have never worn it I ordered 2 sizes & this one is too small No brand & size tag, but it will fit XXS/XS 0-1 or kids 8/9 There is a very small mark on the back photo #3 like the size of a pin dot not sure what it is I am assuming it happened in factory because I just took this out of package Reflected in the price & it may come out
