White & Blue Floral Shorts

White and blue floral shorts with frayed hem. Waist - 15” Inseam - 2.5” NOT high waisted, so the waist measurement does not correspond to your natural waist line - it sits lower (perfect for beach pairings with a bikini or crop top). Tag says M but it fits like S, in my opinion. For reference, these shorts fit me and I usually wear size 24/25 in jeans and 0 to 2 in dresses.
