White & Blue Floral Spring/Summer Dress

This dress is white with dainty blue flowers printed on all parts of the dress. It’s short sleeved with a tie and three buttons down the front middle of the dress which you can adjust. It has a thin white layer under the dress so it’s not see through and it reaches mid thigh. It’s only been worn once.
