White Button-Down Blouse with Black Velvet Trim

This White Blouse is a beautiful sheer fabric. The detailing of the black velvet threaded trim on the collar and cuffs, really make it one of a kind. It is a size 10, but could be worn as an over-sized blouse. It is in great condition and is very comfortable. I am a size 6 but this button-down fits me a little baggy to give me a chic over-sized look.
