White Cascading Front Ruffled Sleeveless Blouse

Super cute and versatile sleeveless blouse with Hime-style vibes! Integrated fabulously with my Hime Gyaru and Hime Kaji looks. The fabric has little textured dots, a cascade front, and a back panel of woven lace. Easily dressed up or dressed down, goes with skirts, slacks, jeans, shorts, blazers, denim jackets, cardigans, boleros, etc. Wear to the office, out with the girls, to a formal event, this blouse can do it all. It was one of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe but is now too tight on me. I also have a pink one available! From a smoke-free but pet-friendly (cat) home. This blouse is a warm-toned white. *Some of the dots have tiny pills. **There is no discoloration/staining on the underarms, but if you look close enough there will appear to be. The silicone loops that were for retail hangers were cut off, but the ends remain stuck in the underarm seams (see photos). That silicone has oxidized (turned yellow), but doesn't compromise the integrity or quality of the garment and won't be noticed by others when worn. ***The care instructions was originally in the left seam, but it had been driving me crazy and so I removed it.
