White Christmas Top M gold bows & bells upcycled

I started with a gently used vintage Melbourne top. I added shiny gold bells, bows & tinsel trim. The gold beads we're already on the top. size medium. Measurements: shoulder-18", bust-40", bottom- 42", shoulder to hem-28". Spot clean or dry clean. Embellishments are sewn on, not glued. One of a kind.
