White Cotton Summer Dress - Size L

Adorable white 100% cotton dress made in Peru. The dress has embellishments around collar, front and bottom. Fits bust 38" but has stretching fabric in the back. Length of dress is 38". I bought the dress on vacation but never wore it. The dress has had the tags removed but has never been worn. I purchased the dress for $60.
