White Crepey Knee-length Dress with Tassels

Worn once, to my engagement party, in excellent condition! White crepey fabric (100% rayon) with white polyester lining. It fits like an off-shoulder dress, but has two straps. Tassles around the top and sleeves only. Sleeves are 3/4.
