White Crow Black and White Gingham Dress

This dress is black and white gingham (closet to an off white). It buttons down the front and has a collar. All buttons work- only not fully buttoned due to fit on mannequin. It’s a size extra small. It comes with a leather braided belt with beads on each end. One belt loop is broken- see last photo. While this is a dress, I also wore it as a top over pants as well as opened as a vest.
