These pants are brand new. My girlfriend gave them to me. She says she paid over $100.00 for them when she was on a shopping spree, but never ended up wearing them. They are very classy, comfortable fit, just a bit too big for me. Length of legs are approx.44" long from waist to bottom hem. Seam from under leg/crotch area is approx. 30.75" Fabric is 99% Polyester, 1% Elastane, Dry Clean only... Made in China
