White Dress

This is a unique shoulderless dress. It comes with tassels to tie into a bow and an pattern that runs around the neck and down the front of the dress. It has a sheer top and a white slip underneath. Measurements under the armpit: 17 1/2”. Waist measurements: 20”. Neck to hem measurements: 31 1/2”. This is purchased in Australia so it is an AUS size 10 which is a US size 8. There is a small area that is stained. A hand wash should fix it.
