White Embroidered A line Dress

Pit to pit 15in Waist 14in Length 34th Only worn a few times. Sill looks very new and doesn’t wrinkle much. Beautiful embroidery! It is white, not off-white, not beige. Photo affected by lighting. Is it a knock-off of a Blugirl dress that was once in Milan fashion week.
