White FP Dress - Floral Detail and Ruffle Bottom

I don't remember the name of this dress, but it has been super popular in a few different colors! It's very flowy and has a strappy back. It's mainly white but features a multicolored flower design and an embroidery-detailed waistline. I only wore this dress once for my high school graduation, and it hasn't been worn since. It's in perfect condition. It's a large but it fits me and I usually wear a medium.
