White Fancy Poofy Button Day or Evening Dress

My latest dress design, this poofy ballroom and day wear dress could be worn about the city or for a wedding. I purchased a used wedding dress online and recreated it into this beautiful kawaii anime inspired dress and evening gown. There tulle underneath that pushes out the skirt.
