Really pretty statement piece. New with out tags. I received as a gift, but never wore it. I don’t do well in white:( Hard to measure b/c there is no front closure, but this runs true to size - Ladies Large Almost all my listings come from my own closet. I am a former boutique owner and clothes-horse/fashionista: I buy more than I can wear.
