White Feather Dress

I bought this many years ago at JcPenny. Never got the chance to wear it so now I'm selling it. It has thin feathers from the waist down. There is an almond jeweled broach on the top if the waist area. At the top there is tool like fabric give it the effect you see in the pictures. There were whit straps but I took them off because this dress looked better strapless. You are welcome to add straps when you buy it.
