White Flare Long Sleeve With Lace Vintage Shift Dress (Small, White)

Vintage! Fully lined Chiffon dress with (synthetic) lace trim on bell sleeves. Depending on what you are wearing underneath, may show some color (say, if you are wearing a colored bra). Dress hits about mid-thigh to high knee (not super short). No zipper, so would need to put on over head. Can be worn as dress or over stretchy pants like a tunic. Bright white, may arrive a little wrinkled but easily steamed out. Only worn once: great condition.
