White Floral Skirt By “Blue Plate”.

I have had this skirt since 2003. I purchased it at a boutique in Malibu called “Indiana Joans”. I have barely worn it all this time. It’s in terrific condition. 100% Cotton. Drawstring and zips up on the side. (Sequins embroidered into the fabric.) Fits someone who wears a size 6.
