White Floral and Birds Shirt

White floral with some birds shirt naturally ruffles with the scrunched cut. Can be worn on or off the shoulder, very loose, flowing material, perfect for spring. The material is a little transparent so I suggest a cami under or a white/nude bra. Particularly the cami bc the shirt will fall in between your girls LOL. It’s cut short, so this is me with high waisted pants.
