White Handkerchief Style Dress

So pretty!! Light and flowy. Beautiful crochet detailing along the bottom of dress and around the top. Top portion is textured in front and has smocking in back. Adjustable straps. There is an underskirt lining. 100% cotton. The size/brand tag has been removed so be sure to see measurements. Keep in mind that there is a lot of stretch at top due to the back portion being smocked. In excellent condition! Pit to pit- 15” without stretching and can stretch to about 19”.
