White Heart-Cut Out Skater Dress

Beautiful dress, I just never wore it! Sleeveless white, skater style dress with a heart cut out along the upper back and another along the lower back, seen with the black dress. ONLY IN WHITE! Beautiful for summer, an anniversary, or Valentine's Day. There is a small foundation stain near the tag.
