White Hi-Lo Dress - Super Comfy!

This dress is so comfortable. It’s perfect for a bridal shower, beach vacation, or just any occasion where you want a breezy, easy, and cute dress! It’s cinches at the waist. The top can be worn either as a strapless or over the shoulder. There is a second layer underneath to prevent see-through. Size 8, fits a small or medium. I typically wear 4 in dresses but 6/8 in pants. This dress is super forgiving!
