White House Black Market 3/4 sleeve dress

Worn once for my engagement party and dry cleaned. Would look great with heels or boots to any event. Has a sash that ties around the waist and satan trim at the neckline and bottom of the dress. This is shorter it's about mid thigh. I moved to Idaho and we don't dress up here!
