White House Black Market Belted Dress XS

This dress is an XXS, however, I wear an extra small, and it fits me almost loose. So, I thought I would meet in the middle and say XS. In other words, it does not run true to size. It most certainly runs big. I love this dress, it’s classy, chic, but still, in it’s own right sexy with elegance.
