@krjenk at the bottom leg hem they are 22” in circumference. There is a bit of stretch to the fabric so there will be a little give as well. Waist measurement is about 35” and they are low-mid rise. Please let me know if you would like any additional measurements!

@krjenk just for clarity, the 22” is the entire leg opening. Seam to seam on the front is about 10.5”.
