White House Black Market Black Dress | Strapless Formal Dress | Women's Dress

This dress is another favorite of mine that no longer fits. It has been previously worn, but remains in good condition. The top portion of the dress droops a little (see photos), but can easily be fixed with a pin or sewing it. The dress is a timeless, classic black. It has a space to add spaghetti straps if interested (straps not provided).
