Like New White House Black Market black sleeveless cocktail dress has a v-neck wrapped in ruffles that continue to the hem and a swingy a-line shape. Went to the mall in a panic when an invitation said “cocktail attire” and bought this dress. Wore it to that charity event and never wore it again because the v-neck is just a little too deep for me.
