White House Black Market Black and White low waisted dress. Size 12. Worn twice!

Tweed top/knit bottom, very flattering shift style dress with longish short sleeves. I only wore it twice because of my visibility and not being able to repeat outfits often. I don’t know why I cut the size tag out…plz forgive me…but it’s a size 12. Enjoy in good health. Cheers!
