White House Black Market Blouse

I tried to capture the true color of the shirt, I’d say the photo of the sleeve is the closest to the actual color. (Bad lighting at my place) More between a navy and royal blue. This top is a size 8 but seems to run a little bigger. It really is beautiful and can be used in various settings. Casual trip to Target, or a nice top to wear to dinner. Pair with jeans or slacks for best overall look.
