White House Black Market Dress

This listing is for a brand new halter dress from White House Black Market. It's a size zero, but the material is quite comfortable with some stretch so I think anyone up to a size 2-4 could wear it (that's my size for reference. I absolutely adore this dress, but I just never go anywhere nice enough to wear it so I'd like to find it a new home. If you have any questions feel free to ask! :)
