White House Black Market Dress

Two layer, WHBM dress, size XS. Under-layer is fitted with a loose fitting over-layer. Over-layer dips down in the back for a bit of modesty. Mid-length sleeve is seasonless! Material is a silvery, heather gray. Has a bit of a metallic flash but is not metallic. Never worn.
