White House Black Market Dress

You can wear this cute, fun dress on or off shoulder. The included belt is made of the small material as the dress and is easily swapped out. The top and waist are sewn with some elastic so that it can slip over your head (there’s no zipper). The material is sheer on top but the lining is a bit heavier & not sheer.
