White House Black Market Dress, Black, Small, dress has a sheer top half with built in tank slip, rouching on sides of fitted skirt. This was worn a couple time but is still in great condition. I would say this small fits more likely standard medium. Sleeves are about 13 inches long. Dress pictured on my mom, halter straps are her bra, not part of the dress. The dress is just a tank slip that shows underneath the sheer top half. she’s 4’11, 130 pounds, 36 B bra. Make me an offer!
