White House Black Market Dress for Fall or Spring

Beautiful blue dress, thick material. Could be worn in the Spring or Fall. Size 0 Has some stretch to it. I am 5’5” and it rests above my knees. Dress form/mannequin size waist is 32” bust and 26” waist. Excellent condition and only worn a couple times.
