White House Black Market - Floral Fit & Flare Sleeveless Dress

Black and white floral pattern, feels like a bandana, 100% cotton. Dress ties at the back of the neck, strap is adjustable, and can be tied in a bow behind neck or left in a knot. Zipper up the back for closure, w/ hook and eye at top of the zipper. Fully lined. Removable belt, with permanent loops on the side for belt. This dress has pockets. Great for spring or summer, for work paired with a sweater or jacket, this was worn a few times, in excellent condition!
