White House | Black Market Flowy Halter Dress

Wrinkled from being stored in sales bag. Worn twice and dry cleaned. Halter neck and zipper down back. High waistline has a nice rouching. There is a rubbery non-slip support along top, as well as some under-wire type support (where arrows are in photo). While a zero, most WHBM dresses tend to be for a more endowed figure, so while the rest of the dress is a true 0, the bust is slightly larger (I'm a 34b). Because the dress is a halter, it is easier to tie up if you do have a smaller bust (like me). There is little to no stretch to the fabric, so since I have hips and a booty, I must say goodbye!
